Activation connects the KOVA Essential Tag to its intended vehicle and KOVA account or subscription.
The KOVA Essential Tag must be activated before use.

New Vehicle / New Subscription
For a new KOVA vehicle:
Scan the QR code on the Activation Card.
Open the KOVA activation experience.
Create a KOVA account using a phone number.
Authenticate using OTP.
Enter the vehicle details:
Make
Model
Colour
Year
Complete activation.
The vehicle is connected to the KOVA subscription.
Add a Vehicle to an Existing Subscription
For an Additional Tag:
Scan the Activation Card.
Sign in to the existing KOVA account.
Authenticate when required.
Enter or confirm the vehicle details.
Complete activation.
The new vehicle is added to the existing subscription.
Replace an Existing KOVA Tag
For a Replacement Tag:
Scan the Activation Card.
Sign in to the existing KOVA account.
Select the vehicle associated with the existing Tag.
Complete the replacement activation.
The new Tag replaces the existing KOVA Tag for that vehicle.
