5-vehicle cap
The current KOVA Essential subscription supports a maximum of 5 vehicles.
Existing vehicles
Vehicle details can be edited from the vehicle card's three-dot menu.
Additional vehicle
An Additional Tag adds a new vehicle during activation, provided the 5-vehicle cap has not been reached.
Replacement
A Replacement Tag replaces the Tag of an existing vehicle.
Ordering the Replacement Tag immediately invalidates the old Tag.
Renewal
Renewal retains the customer's existing vehicles and Tags.
Expiry
Subscription expiry stops the vehicle from receiving communications from guests.
Tag activation
A KOVA Essential Tag must be activated before use.
Subscription relationship
There is currently no subscription without a KOVA Tag. The initial Tag activation establishes the account, vehicle, Tag, and subscription together.
