A customer can renew their KOVA subscription in two ways:
Renew through KOVA Store
The customer can renew through the KOVA Store.
The existing KOVA Tag remains associated with the vehicle and becomes usable again as if nothing happened.
Renew through a New KOVA Essential Kit
A customer can also renew through a new KOVA Essential Kit, provided the applicable 5-vehicle cap has not been exhausted.
A renewal through a new Essential Kit is treated as a new activation.
The existing vehicles and their Tags are retained.
Renewal does not require creating new vehicles when the customer is renewing an existing setup.
