KOVA Mobility

A Replacement Tag is used when the current KOVA Tag is:

- Lost
- Broken
- Torn
- Damaged
- Otherwise no longer usable

When a Replacement Tag is ordered, the current KOVA Tag stops working immediately.

The customer activates the Replacement Tag by:

Signing in to their existing KOVA account.

Choosing the vehicle whose Tag is being replaced.

1. Signing in to their existing KOVA account.
2. Selecting an existing vehicle.
3. Choosing the vehicle whose Tag is being replaced.
4. Completing the activation.

The Replacement Tag becomes associated with that existing vehicle.
