When activating the first KOVA Essential Tag:
The customer sets up their KOVA account.
The customer provides their vehicle details.
The Tag is activated.
The subscription becomes active at the same time.
There is currently no concept of a subscription without a KOVA Tag.
The first Tag activation therefore establishes the customer's account, vehicle, Tag, and subscription together.
