Depending on the purchase, activation of a KOVA Essential Kit may:
Activate a new KOVA subscription and vehicle
Add a new vehicle to an existing KOVA subscription
Replace an existing KOVA Tag associated with a vehicle in an existing subscription
The kit and its instructions support all three activation purposes.
